We didn’t set out to start a business—we answered a call. Nestled in the hills of California, we found ourselves the unlikely stewards of an ancient olive orchard, nearly 150 years old. It had been neglected for decades. The trees were tall, wild, and overgrown. But we saw something sacred in the forgotten grove—something worth redeeming.
